Bewotec – since 1988 established in the field of tourism
Selling journeys is fascinating. But many aspects of your daily work has nothing to do with the big wide world of travelling. Purchase, calculation, allotment administration, invoicing and accounting, marketing and the complete backoffice have to be attended to as well. But there is a better way to cope with this demanding challenge. Bewotec, founded in 1988 by Michael Becher, specializes in tourism software only. All our progamms are designed to satisfy the special demands of Tour Operators and Travel Agencies.

When we plan software solutions the basic requirement is always that the programm will guarantee easy and quick operation. The graphic Windows surface of Bewotec products do not speak in riddles but in expressive images. Because of the graphic surface your staff will quickly and intuitively get familiar with all programms, which means that expenses for staff training will be much lower. We always implement the most recent guiding principles of ergonomic software design, such as explorer view and context sensitive help texts.

Wir arbeiten gerne mit Jack Plus, insbesondere mit der Buchhaltung. Sie spielt sich im Hintergrund ab und vereinfacht unseren Arbeitsalltag. Außerdem finden wir gut, dass man verschiedene Listen erstellen kann, wie beispielsweise die Rückkehr- und Geburtstagslisten. So kann man den Kunden entsprechend Willkommens- und Glückwunschkarten zu schicken.
Außerdem finde ich die Statistiken gut. Man sieht genau, welche Länder heuer stark gebucht wurden oder welcher Mitarbeiter am meisten verkauft hat.
Praktisch ist auch, dass ich einfach die Saldenlisten ausdrucken lassen und dem Steuerberater geben kann. Außerdem ist das Kassenbuch vereinfacht.
