Connection to other systems
DaVinci supports different connections to other systems for allotment inquiry and booking. For these services you do not enter allotments in DaVinci you only refer to the relevant system. If there is an inquiry about this service (e.g. for a certain hotel) the outside system (for example the hotel sytem) will check if the service is still available. If a booking is entered it will accordingly be generated in the other system. The agency booking your services in a reservation system (such as START) will not be aware of this process. We have different connections to important systems. Because of the modular structure we can simply add more connections via further cartridges.

Die Buchhaltung in Jack Plus funktioniert einwandfrei. Besonders gut sind auch die diversen Statistiken wie beispielsweise die Mitarbeiter- und Länderstatistik. Man kann genau sehen wie viel Umsatz jeder Mitarbeiter getätigt - und in welchem Land. Die Kundenverwaltung ist ideal, da man anhand vielfältiger Kriterien die Kunden anlegen und verwalten kann. Jeder Kunden erhält von uns eine Willkommenskarte – dies ist durch die individuelle Terminplanung in Jack Plus möglich. Auch die Suchfunktionen sind sehr praktisch: benötigt man beispielsweise eine Information zu einer Zahlung von der Bank und hat die Rechnungsnummer nicht zur Hand, kann man auch nach dem Namen des Kunden suchen und erhält sehr schnell das richtige Ergebnis.
